How can I find information about the Melco training available in my region?
Here is a list of Melco International Distributors.  Select a distributor in your area and information about that distributor will be displayed. Your local distributor will be able to assist you with training.

How much does my training cost?
Generally, your training is included with the cost of your AMAYA, or DesignShop software. However, there may be charges associated with travel and lodging for yourself or a trainer. Check with your distributor to find out his specific charges.


How long does training take?
The duration of training depends upon many variables, such as whether you come to a training facility; the trainer comes to your site; how many people are being trained at the same time; and what material is to be covered. Contact your Melco distributor for an exact answer, based upon your needs.


What topics are covered in the training?
Each trainer does things a bit differently. However, generally you will cover the material you need to know to operate your equipment and software. You will need to practice to become an expert. Speak to your distributor for specifics for your area.


Where will my training take place?
There are training facilities in a number of locations worldwide, if your distributor is associated with one of these, you will probably travel to a facility for your training. However, many distributors come to your company and train you on-site. Your distributor can tell you the options available to you.


Who is my Melco distributor?
Go to the International Training page.  The distributor located in your country or in the nearest location to your company can assist you.


Do I have to come to the United States for training?
No, you can receive training at or near your facility.


Is it possible for me to come to the United States for my training?
Yes, where you prefer your training is up to

Please note two things:

1) You will be responsible for all travel arrangements, visas, and associated costs.

2) All US classes are conducted in English. If you need a translator, you must make the arrangements and cover the cost. Contact your distributor for more information.
